Established in 2022, our Pilates studio has been an incredible addition to our studio. We have a range of different options to suit all abilities, injuries and experience.
Mat Pilates is a perfect place for beginners to start. This form of Pilates allows you to develop a strong mind to body connection leading you to be more in tune with your movements. By performing Mat Pilates you will see a range of different benefits such as in an increased core strength, flexibility, better posture and overall body strength. Options for private or group sessions for 30 or 45 minutes.
Reformer Pilates is performed on an apparatus called the 'Reformer Bed'. The Reformer Bed is a contraption that is based around a pulley system to increase the resistance in your movements. On the reformer you can achieve a full-body yet low impact workout. The resistance of the reformer bed is adjustable and can be catered to all different levels. Training on the reformer bed increase strength, balance, flexibility and overall muscle tone. Options for private or group sessions for 30 or 45 minutes.
