Personal training at our studio is all about focused, individualised coaching designed around you, your goals, your injuries, and your current level of fitness.
We take a balanced approach to training, combining strength, conditioning, mobility, and technique so you’re not just working hard, but training in a way that actually supports long-term results, longevity, and injury prevention.
You’ll be guided through each session with expert coaching, clear direction, and accountability so you always know exactly what to do and why.
A key focus of our coaching is supporting women through every stage of life, including hormone changes, pre and post pregnancy and the physical changes that come with perimenopause and menopause. Training is adapted to support bone density, muscle mass, metabolism, energy levels, and overall well being, while also helping manage symptoms such as fatigue, joint changes, and shifts in body composition. The goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and in control of your body at every stage.
Beyond the physical results, personal training is also about consistency, confidence, and support. You’ll have someone in your corner helping you stay on track, push when you need to be pushed, and adjust when your body needs a lighter approach.
Our main goal is to have every woman that comes through our doors feel supported, uplifted and always leave feeling better than when they arrived.

We offer a variety of options to suit different goals and budgets:
Have your very own coach design a personalised program tailored to your specific goals, injuries and abilities. Options for 30 minutes or 45 minutes and 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.
