Summer 2025 Challenge

About

Are you ready to kickstart the year of YOU? Starting Mon February 3rd we will be completing a 4 week challenge that will help us learn and create some new healthy habits to introduce to our lifestyle. The challenge consists of 4 weekly accountability tasks, 10 fitness challenges and 7 mindfulness challenges that are completed both in your own time and in the group classes.

Accountability Tasks

 The accountability tasks are to be completed each week and are focused on a walking/running target, nutrition, gym sessions and screen time. Along with your trainer you will set your own targets for each of these tasks and they will be ticked off each week in the studio.

Fitness Challenges

The 10 fitness challenges are completed both in your own time and in the group sessions. There is no time limit for any of these challenges and they are mostly based around walking/running routes. An example of a fitness challenge from last year was walking and/or running from the studio to Maroubra beach and back.

Mindfulness Challenges

 The 7 mindfulness challenges are completed in your own time and have been set for you to try and experiment with different mindfulness activities to try and help you create new healthy habits. An example of one of the mindfulness challenges we have done previously is to journal for 10 minutes everyday for 1 week.
